Citrus lime oils follow.
Celery seed contributes classic Bloody Mary aromatic character.

NOTES

Version: 1.0

Tomato powder reinforces umami structure typical of Bloody Mary profiles.
Lime pulp provides acidity that prevents the blend from tasting flat.
Wasabi introduces volatile heat that fades quickly, preventing bitterness.
Celery seed anchors the flavor profile to the traditional cocktail archetype.

Future Tests:
• Smoked paprika version
• Fermented tomato powder variation
• Increased celery seed version for stronger Bloody Mary character
• Reduced wasabi variant for softer heat
