FORMULA COMPOSITION

200 g Salt
10 g Red Jalapeño, seedless
20 g Dried Red Bell Pepper
10 g Dried Red Bell Pepper
20 g Whole Dried Lime
20 g Dried Lime Pulp
5 g Celery seeds

Processing Notes:
All ingredients fully dehydrated before grinding.
Jalapeño deseeded to moderate heat and avoid bitterness.
Celery seeds lightly crushed before blending.

Salt grain size: medium. Final grind: medium-coarse crystalline mixture with visible citrus and pepper fragments.

Yield: ~285 g
Storage: Airtight container, low humidity environment
Shelf Life: 6–8 months (heat intensity softens gradually)
