FORMULA-SLD-RIM-007 // MOJITO MIX SUGAR

Lime–Mint Finishing Sugar for Rum & Citrus Cocktails

DESCRIPTION

Mojito Mix Sugar is a citrus–herbal finishing sugar designed to translate the structure of a mojito into a dry, crystalline format. Built on a medium-grain sugar base and supported by a small salt component, it integrates layered lime elements with mint and spearmint to create a profile that is both bright and refreshing, yet controlled.

The lime system is constructed through multiple forms and granulometries, allowing for a more dynamic release of aroma. Finer particles dissolve quickly, delivering immediate acidity, while slightly coarser citrus fragments extend the perception of freshness across the palate. This layering creates a more dimensional citrus experience than a single grind would allow.

Spearmint defines the aromatic identity of the blend, providing the characteristic mojito lift, while mint reinforces the cooling effect and adds depth to the herbal profile. The inclusion of salt plays a structural role rather than a dominant sensory one, enhancing lime perception and stabilizing the sweetness without introducing overt salinity.

The result is a finishing sugar that behaves as a translation of a cocktail into a dry medium, maintaining clarity, freshness, and aromatic lift.
