FORMULA-001-SLD // BERRIES SALT

Red Fruit Finishing Salt for Cocktails & Proteins

Physical State

Coarse crystalline dry blend

STRUCTURAL ROLE

This formula functions primarily as a finishing agent, providing surface-level contrast and aromatic lift. It delivers salinity with integrated fruit sweetness, designed to sit on the exterior of a preparation rather than dissolve into its structure.

FUNCTIONAL EFFECT

This blend contributes immediate salinity followed by red fruit brightness. The sugar softens salt aggression, while dehydrated berries introduce mild acidity and subtle tannic undertones. The formula remains stable in dry conditions but is humidity-sensitive.

APPLICATION CONTEXT

Optimized for:

• Cocktail glass rimming
• Grilled poultry finishing
• Pork chops
• Charred vegetables
• Fresh cheeses
• Cold fruit pairings

Compatible with bar programs and cold surface applications where adhesion and visual impact are desired.
